PRIVATE DINING
A custom dinner in your home with the chef cooking, talking, teaching, and bringing the whole room into it.

You are hiring me.
More than 26 years of hands-on experience. Twenty-six years of learning, training, teaching, competing, passing inspections, and honing my craft in real kitchens. Those years shaped my instincts and my standards. I show up, take care of the room, and give people something worth talking about on the ride home.
Why me?
I genuinely love feeding people. Every plate carries a little piece of me: my creativity, my story, and everything the kitchen has taught me.
I want the food to make you feel something. If I have done my job right, you will leave full, but that will not be the part you remember most.
Dinner and a show.
I love the energy of a great event, but private dining is where I really come alive. There is something special about cooking in your home while everybody gathers around.
Pull up a chair. Ask questions. Taste the sauce. Have a drink. Get involved. It is like having the Food Network in your kitchen. Think hibachi, only more personal, more creative, and without the onion volcano.
PLAN A PRIVATE DINNER
THE GOAL
“I do not want people leaving one of my dinners just saying the food was good.”
I want them talking about it on the ride home. I want them saying it was different, something they had never experienced before.
The plates get cleared. The night ends. The memory should not.
I will cater just about anything. The format changes. The standard does not: good food, honest hospitality, and somebody taking responsibility from start to finish.
A custom dinner in your home with the chef cooking, talking, teaching, and bringing the whole room into it.
Weddings, Sweet 16s, Quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, graduations, church gatherings, corporate events, block parties, and every celebration that deserves food people will remember.
Airbnb weekends, backyard parties, yachts, beaches, sandbar trips, and waterfront gatherings. You bring the people. I will take care of the food.
Chef-prepared meals built around your schedule, your goals, and the food you actually enjoy eating. Good food for real life, ready when you are.
Know where your food comes from.
I am a fierce supporter of local businesses. For our farm-to-table service, we work closely with local farmers to source fresh, seasonal produce and with local ranchers to source quality meats.
The menu begins with what is growing well, what is available nearby, and what will taste best on your table. It is better food, a stronger local community, and a meal with a real sense of place.
No tweezers. No tricks.
Italian food should look like somebody cooked it because they wanted you at the table. Sauce on the spoon. Crumbs on the board. One more cutlet than anybody asked for.
Food is everything we are.
It’s an extension of nationalist feeling, ethnic feeling, your personal history, your province, your region, your tribe, your grandma.— Anthony Bourdain
I grew up in a loud New York family where Sunday dinner meant twenty or thirty people packed together, talking over each other, laughing, drinking, and eating. From the outside it probably looked like a party. To us, it was just Sunday.
Cooking has been a passion since I was a kid. I remember watching Mr. Food on TV and thinking it was the coolest thing in the world. Then came the real education: learning from my parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. Later, I learned how to cook professionally under some great chefs and mentors. Every one of them left something with me, and all of it shows up in the way I cook today.
That is where I learned what food can do. It brings people to the table, slows them down, and gives them something to share. Cooking is my craft, but being a dad is my life. Building this business lets me do both with purpose.
SERVING EXCEPTIONAL FOOD IN AN EXCEPTIONAL WAY.
Recipes, hard earned lessons, and the occasional opinion nobody asked for.
RECIPE CARD No. 008
Let it take the time it takes.
A recipe is instructions. A sauce is memory.
KITCHEN TRUTH / 014
If you start behind, the night knows it before you do.
CHEF'S NOTE / 022
Technique matters. So does heart. The best food has both.
A few things people ask.
Every event is different, but the process should feel simple. Here are the basics. If your question is not here, just ask me.
Private dinners, weddings, Sweet 16s, Quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, showers, graduations, anniversaries, church gatherings, corporate events, block parties, backyard parties, Airbnb stays, beach days, yachts, and more.
Yes. We will talk about your guests, the setting, your budget, and what you want the experience to feel like. Then I will build the food around your event instead of forcing your event into a package.
Absolutely. Private dining can happen in your home, vacation rental, or backyard, as long as the space and property rules allow it. We will go over the kitchen and setup before the event.
Yes. Meal prep can be tailored to your schedule, preferences, and goals, with food you will genuinely look forward to eating.
Your final guest count and final payment are both due two weeks before the event. Any additional payment details will be explained clearly before you book.
Tell me the date, location, guest count, budget, and what you have in mind. We will start with a conversation and build from there.
Put something beautiful in the middle.
A table worth circling, food worth sharing, and the people you love having too good a time to watch the clock.
This is what I do.
Not every table has to be Italian, and not every celebration has to be formal. I build the meal around your people so you can enjoy why everybody came together.
Dinner travels well.
A sunset on the Intracoastal, a table full of people you enjoy, and chefs handling the details while you stay in the moment. Yacht dinners can feel polished without ever feeling stiff.
No public menu. No public address.
Every so often, a private dinner is announced. Members get the email first with an Eventbrite link. Tickets are limited, first come first served, and priced separately for each event based on the menu, venue, and number of seats.
The menu is a mystery. The venue is a mystery. The night is never a disappointment.
Joining is free. When the next table opens, members receive the Eventbrite ticket link by email.
Enough looking at menus.
Tell me who is coming, what the night should feel like, and what you never want to worry about.
